The repair work itself appeared to go well regarding the original issue I brought the vehicle in for. However, my overall experience was negatively impacted by concerns about damage noticed at pickup and the communication surrounding it. Less than 15 minutes after leaving with my vehicle, I called and left a voicemail regarding the damage because no one answered. I did not receive a return call and had to call back again to get a response. I also received conflicting information regarding the repair timeline. I have voicemails indicating an additional week was needed for repairs due to replacement clips, then the following day I was told the vehicle was ready for pickup. I was simply trying to understand and verify concerns with my vehicle, but discussions became more confrontational than collaborative. I also watched intake photos being taken at drop-off, but later received conflicting information regarding whether those photos existed. I would have preferred clearer communication, transparency, and a more professional approach to resolving concerns.

Nothing says “quality repair” like picking up your car and immediately wondering if you’re driving sideways on purpose. I was told my car was ready three separate times. The first time, it was so badly misaligned I’m honestly impressed it made it out of the parking lot. The second time… somehow still not fixed. At this point I started to think “test drive” might just mean turning the car on and hoping for the best. By the third attempt (third time arranging rides, by the way), it was finally fixed — shoutout to the employee who actually drove with me and confirmed it this time. The best part? I was asked to leave a great review and say I didn’t have to bring my car back… which would’ve been impressive considering I absolutely did. Twice. Overall: If you enjoy surprise field trips, scheduling transportation for fun, and a little suspense about whether your car is actually repaired, this is the place for you.

The two ladies in the office were awesome from start to finish. Selena and Mayra thank you for being so helpful, kind, and professional! Mario, thank you for all the updates by phone. I always knew what stage my car was in. I had my 2017 Lexus ES 350 repaired here from being rear ended. They also set up the rental from enterprise for me and had the car delivered for me. I definitely recommend this place for your repair needs.
